"Family trip to Petra with an early start."

Excellent location for an early start to Petra. Hotel is clean and tidy however is a bit tired. I didn't pay a top price so it was as expected.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

"Excellent stay."

Great location only 5 minutes from visitor centre. Staff very warm and welcoming. They gave us a large room. Room was clean and comfortable but a little dated, if that matters to you. We were on a high floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was high quality and good variety. Missing only fresh fruit.

"It worth the price!"

The location of the hotel is very good. 5 minutes by walk you can reach Petra Visitor Center and Petra Museum. There are plenty restaurants and supermarkets near to the hotel. The room is clean, the bed very comfortable. The weather was not so good during our stay so we couldn't use the pool.

"We booked three nights but left after one night, very poor hotel for way to much money!"

Hotel is really outdated and needs an massive renovation. Value for money is really out of order You have the constant feeling you are being ripped off They say breakfast included but this was so poor that you take close to nothing

"Old outdated hotel that was NOT WORTH the money"

The location

It began with poor parking. Then check in staff didn’t even smile or say hello. My room A/C was horrible, even after they came to work on it, it never got below 24c in 3 days. My bathroom had a bad mold smell. This hotel is old and outdated. I was very disappointed

"Great location for Petra."

The location so close to the entrance to Petra and the immensely helpful staff made this place an excellent choice. We walked to the local restaurants, the entrance to Petra, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was a bonus - a haven of calm after a busy day walking in the heat in Petra.

The common areas and breakfast dining room are a little old-fashioned and impersonal but it’s not a boutique hotel and doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not.
