We love it

The only negative I have was the check in process which was slow and without clear instructions. Otherwise, great facilities, great location and convenient dining options nearby.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and scenery.

Overall it was a great experience.

To start, I will say that what I saw in the hotel's advertising photo is not really what I found there and I am very sorry to say these things, but it is the truth. To begin with, I will say that we arrived and there was no one at the reception; the entire reception area had only one light on, everything else was off. It seemed like I had entered a movie set and there was a sign that said "call this number". We had to call that number to check in, which seemed unusual to me. Then, we had to go down to the lobby area to use the only microwave in the whole hotel, as there was none in the rooms. Adding to all this, the water in the bathtub almost filled up to ankle height because the water did not drain smoothly, which started to encourage us to leave the hotel, thus losing a lot of money for the five-day rental I had made. I say this from my perspective; maybe what you are reading does not share my opinion until you get there, and I hope they change at least some of the things I am commenting on.

What an absolute sh*#thole. Bed used with dirty sheets. Towel had yellow stains. Rotten food in the fridge. Stains in the walls and the furniture was disgusting. I’ve seen better couches in the side of the road. This has to be the worst hotel rooms I’ve have ever witnessed. The pictures online are NOT what this place looks like. False advertisement!!!!! I am mortified. GTFO

Filthy. I plan on contacting the CEO of this corporation I also plan on contacting the parent company the crown family of Chicago. This place should be bulldozed They have an extension cord running from one birch tree to another were a good hundred yards I don't know what it was plugged into but I'm sure the city should know about it before this place burns down now let's see if they'll let me in

Waited over 45 minutes for someone to show up to check in or answer the phone number provided. The room was in disgusting shape
