Poor experience Bad staff, stinky room

Great stay

It is an older building showing its age.

Paid big bucks for the room. When I arrived the room of order, not functioning for us to stay. The hotel downgraded me to smaller room with the size not adequate for my family. They didn’t reimburse me any money for the downgrade. No credit , nothing. The beds were small.

Getting a person at the front desk was always a 15-30 minute wait. The front desk staff was not knowledgable of the property and couldnt not even tell me where my room was located. I would definitely NOT recommend.

When we originally arrived at the property we got there at 3:50, they told us we couldn’t check in yet because check in wasn’t until 4 o’clock -___- lol not the end of the world. Then when we checked in, they double charged me for the room and double charged me for the security deposit. While staying at the property, I notified the staff about the charges, they were very confused and had no idea how to handle the situation. They told me to talk to their manger when he gets in later. After talking to him they said the charges would be refunded. 10 days goes by and after multiple calls they still haven’t refunded anything and hung up on me today. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

I had one of the best vacation ever nice and clean property

I had a street view, it's old outdated, front desk older man not friendly at all.

Nice location to access slopes.

Remote parking, noisy, hard to sleep and hot tub and pool are outdoors.
