Wildwood Snowmass

The location is GREAT that’s about IT!!! The property is old and ran down ! Needs to be renovated like their sister property “ Viewline “. The heater barely worked and it was freezing like negative 2 at night time. The fridge didn’t work at all had to sit all our beverages outside to keep them cold and it actually worked because it was so cold out. The shower didn’t work at first had to get the heater engineer to rig that. The carpet didn’t appear to be vacuumed. The tv worked though. The lobby furnished was all dirty but the fireplace was on. Overall the stay was crappy but the location is great. I will say David and this other guy was very helpful at times but Alondra so rude sat there and talked to her friends while she saw me waiting to speak to her about if my room was available

Our heater didn't work in our room, and took a while to get it fixed before we were warm again. Check in was a nightmare as well, was told we would be able to check in by 4pm at the latest, our room wasn't reeady until after 5, which caused us to miss our reservations we had made that evening

There were some hairs by the bathroom sink and hairs on the bathroom floor. Call the front desk, which often took numerous calls to get through to somebody. All they did was come and make the bed hairs were still there. Also a problem with the heat it was between 63 and 65° for the first two days until I’ve asked five times to finally get a space heater Would not recommend this hotel

When we arrived in the room, we found the window open and we were not able to close the window since the crank for the window was missing. Advised the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. It never happened. The remote for the TV was missing. However, a friendly member of the maintenance staff provided us with a remote. There was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper (on the roll) and no spares. Fortunately, the same maintenance personnel assisted. (I wish I had noted their names because they were the best part of staying there. The hot tub did not look clean. It needs repair and the second hot tub looked out of service. There was an excessive amount of chlorine in the hot tub. Also there were no towels use in the hot tub/pool area. Theres more that I would add, but this is taking up my time and you are not paying me for this service.

Place is very old and the room are not that comfortable for the price they charge

This place was God awful. Sooo dirty! Carpets were filthy, bathroom spaces and tables were not very clean. I didn’t even dare take a shower here. I killed a bug crawling on the wall! The bed seemed clean and comfortable, which was the only thing I really needed. I stayed here because my flight got cancelled the day before, and just needed somewhere to rest until I flew out the next day. Awkward furniture and room decor. The guy at the the front desk was super sweet, and was very accommodating. Wouldn’t NOTTTT recommend staying here unless it’s very short.

Absolutely horrible. Do not believe any of the pictures you see online about this place they are probably from 12 years ago. If you are staying during summer months or fall they do not have air conditioning and do not tell you about it until you arrive. Fortunately I only booked 1 night and we walked in our room and basically turned around and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The guy at the front desk told us we were getting a refund but here I am writing a review 4 months later still with no refund. Unbelievable that they charge $230 for one night at this place. If you are looking for a cheaper place in Snowmass we recommend going to the mountain chalet. That place is way better and feels very welcoming.

Room smelled a little and wasn’t so clean but had everything you would need, for a cheap stay on mountain it’s a solid option.
