"Fantastic Experience."

The hotel was very close to everything. Disney was at most a 15 minute drive, lots of shopping and restaurant options within a 5 mile radius. The room was fantastic!! We thoroughly enjoyed having the hot tub on the screened in porch. We were able to soak after a long day of theme parking and not worry about bugs! The staff was very kind. Everyone we interacted with from the gaurd at the gate, the staff at check-in, the servere at Zak's, and everyone around the resort were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The pool was a fantastic temperature and layout. There was plenty of room for everyone without feeling like we were swimming on top of other guests. The beds and pillows were comfortable!!

There were a few very minor things in the room that could use updates, but it honestly was nothing.

We booked a three bedroom house, it was huge, plenty of room for a family. Very clean and the pool area was fantastic. We loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year.
