Ramada by Wyndham Aonang Krabi

Although the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, it seemed that they often dealt with difficult guests who did not follow the rules. Upon checking in, we were reminded multiple times not to use the electric kettle for boiling tea or coffee. The staff informed us that we would be fined 100 baht if they discovered we had boiled anything in the kettle, which left us confused. After all, an electric kettle is designed to boil water. On our last day, we received two phone calls at 11:00 AM and 11:20 AM, reminding us that checkout was at noon. The caller repeated this information several times, which was quite frustrating. After hanging up, we decided to check out. I feel sorry for the hotel staff who have to manage guests that are loud and lacking in manners and respect. Unfortunately, this experience will be my first and last stay at Ramada by Wyndham.

I don't even know where to start from. I had come here on a vacation . It was more of a birthday trip. I booked my stay for 3 nights and this is how it went Location : nice ; in centre of ao nang market aandnight market Just outside hotel you've multiple restaurants to eat out with Indian food also available and of course 7/11 Rooms: spacious. Initially the room which was assigned we didn't like so front office team changed Instantly which I really appreciate F&b: awful; barely any spread during breakfast; This type of Breakfast is offered by low category hotels back in India. My previous stay was in courtyard marriott in phuket and it was so lovely. However I chose ramada because of its brand but now I know why I should never book or recommend anyone to book this property. Anyone who is reading this should visit ramada Lonavla in india and you'll know what hospitality is. The lady during breakfast needs to be educated more as she didn't even understand after telling for more than 5 mins that I wanted sugarfree. Everyday spread is same. It's very small which was totally out of my expectations of ramada brand. Had I not paid in advance I'd have cancelled and moved out of the hotel. Housekeeping: amazing. Even if it's operational till 4:30pm we never had to ask ourselves for room cleaning. It was always ready with new sets of towels everyday when we left the room. However on the first day there was no dental kit available in room. I called and asked for same they said they'll deliver (reception) but eventually I had to go to reception and help myself for same I am a restaurant manager myself with marriotts and I know what hospitality should feel like which was missing here. I know reviews create a huge impact but it's just a feedback which other guests might not share about.

Location was good.

This resort shows better in pictures. Furniture inside the room was falling apart. Guys at the nighttime Desk were pleasant and helpful. Check in lady in the morning was unhelpful and rude.

recently stayed at this hotel for three nights during a business trip. Overall, my experience was average—neither great nor terrible. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made getting around the city quite manageable. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, though not particularly warm or engaging. My room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, but the furniture felt a bit dated and the lighting was dim. One downside was the noise from the street, which made it hard to get a full night’s rest. The bathroom was functional, with good water pressure in the shower, but toiletries were minimal. Housekeeping did their job well each day, but I had to call twice to get extra towels. Good location, near convenience store, good swiming pool, very spacious room! In summary, this hotel is okay for a short stay if you’re not expecting luxury. It could definitely improve in terms of comfort and amenities, but it’s acceptable for the price.

I booked a superior room in this hotel in the same week, one day apart. The first time, apart from dirty sheets, which the staff changed immediately, there were no problems. The room was pleasant and well-maintained.For the second reservation, I had a room located in another building. This one was dilapidated and poorly maintained as the photos can attest. The receptionist, although friendly, was unable to change the room because the hotel was full. I won't recommend this hotel for the price the rooms costs, if customers will get the same type of rooms, I got for my second booking.
