They gave us the wrong room, so we had to pack and change rooms. Then, the air conditioner didn’t work so we had to change rooms again. The facilities are run down everywhere- needs renovation.

We had a very comfortable stay and Mr. Charlie was very supportive and helpful for easy checkin and guided us well for local needs as well. Breakfast was overall good but staff in the restaurant wasn't very professional and Hotel policy for breakfast timing is not customer friendly. We went with kids for breakfast at 9:50 AM and took all food required at once before closing time of 10 AM. I requested staff to replace cut fruits as it has lot of insects flying over it minutes before closing time, and they refused to get it changed or get me clean portion and insisted to consume same unhygienic fruits. Then, at 10 AM fans and lights were switched off and at 10:15 AM we were requested to leave as they had to close restaurant, which was highly unprofessional as kids were eating slow.

Worst hotel and cheap staff... So rude... looks like they just want to rob you thru hook or by crook. They asked charges for using towels. Omg so cheap mentality and poor hospitality. Ewww... please please please don't book this hotel even for free ... third class cleaning... hotel full of lizards

Room was large but needed attention from tub grouting to curtains. Need to replace frayed and old towels with new. Lighting system inconvenient to use and poor placement. Bugs on wall, behind paintings and misquito or bed bug bites.

The hotel has seen better days , flies around the food at breakfast , mould on the bedroom walls , the rooms stank.. we stayed for a few hours overnight due to an emergency at nearby hospital so it did the job , do not stay for any longer.

The overall stay was decent, the pool is MASSIVE and quite clearly the highlight of the property. The rooms are luxuriously large as well.

The plumbing needs a complete overhaul - the first room we stayed in barely had any water pressure and the second room we stayed in had drainage issues with the shower so the entire bathroom ended up getting flooded. Also the pool access room we were put up in was in a clearly forgotten corner of the pool and there was alot of debris in the water right outside our room because of which we couldn't access the pool directly.

Upon check in, we requested a ground floor room due to knee issues for one of our parents, they told us they were sold out but if we paid for an upgrade they whispered that they would see what they could do, upgrade was $250 Cdn in cash - would not take credit card. While checking in, another couple wanted a refund, stating the pictures and description on the website definitely did not match what you saw in person. I would second that! Property is showing its age, beds are not comfortable, not even a little bit. Sheets had small tears, stains on accent pillows and walls. Leaks coming from the ceiling in bathroom, lots of mildew build up around tub and sink. The pool was cleaned manually daily but still had oily residue likely from sun screen and the filtering system did not work so they had to run hoses and filters beside the pool which was noisy and a bit disruptive. Lots of pool tiles are missing causing sharp areas. Only 11 lounge chairs available. The upside, good location, close to the action but still a quiet area. There is a 7-11 directly accross the street. The hotel was not full as they had claimed so the place was quiet. If we needed extra towels or water, they responded quickly. Wi-fi was good as well and the rooms on the main floor with pool access were huge... To capture, we spent 7 nights for $800 Cdn plus the $250 upgrade during the last week of February. Not sure if we got what we paid for but I certainly won't be back.
