Rooms were dirty, found a bug under couch pillow. Facility is poorly maintained. Staff from front table was rude and unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff very nice. Incredible pool, pretty quiet, we enjoyed our stay here.

this has been the mOst expensive hOtel stay during Out 3week thailand trip. we spent twO nights here & tO say the hOtel was tired is understating Our accOmadatiOn sutuatiOn. glad tO have left. the staff we met were pleasant, but, I feel, cOuldn’t really be arsed.

First look, good. Bed was among the hardest and squeakiest ever, with uneven and hard sleeping positioning. Really big room and balcony. No elevator, only stairs. Huge pool and very calm and not any ”24h pool occupants”, none! Very old an basically everything is broken one way or another… Shower was good to shower in but I’ve never seen one third of water spraying upwards, and creating water damage in the roof! This hotel really needs a renovation for the price it cost.

We paid the amount online like always Staff didnt accept booking receipt and said that we are not understanding the application while we already paid Manager said the same thing Forced to arrange money to stay and lost a lot because of currency charge + waste 3 hours from our time There must be a good refund But we got only our money Breakfast was very bad

I stayed in room 2106..it was a pool access room.I checked in on 18th of Jan,25.I had a terrible experience with the staff.They are really very unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak to the guests.They are rude and they get louder in seconds and they try to avoid any conversation.we kept calling the Reception for getting hand towels and they did not pay any heed to our requests.They had taken away the used hand towels after the first night and gave us 3 big towels for what we have no idea.the replaced towels looked dirty and used Lady in the Reception knows nothing and knows no etiquettes Wifi is horrible.and doesn't work anywhere Pls don't book this hotel..not recommended at all..U deserve to stay in a better place
