Good property but pool not clean Major language problem Reception was called for replenishments..they dont understand the meaning of that in hotel industry which is shocking Half of thr business here comes from english speaking people who travels from all around the world.Even after that they are stubborn and they say we do not need to learn english and on the top of it They start yelling over phone calls..if they do not understand what is been requested for This is utmost disrespectful and this behaviour will not be tolerated.. Please train your staff..being in hospitality they really need to work on their soft skills Pls do not spoil the mood of your guests like this I am very dissapointed..this has been the issue here with almost all your staff i have interacted with Keep silent for a moment pls and try to understand what the guest is asking for.. U dont have to yell at the guest..i mean who does that..then be ready to have it back from them.

Badly manage dirty room rude staff I thought this is a Ramada four star Property but this not even two star Property don’t waste your money no facility I think Ramada loosing there credibility to run this type of Property

Very poor hotel rude staff dirty room I can’t think this a ramada chain hotel how they can claims this a four star property this is not even two star property the front office staff very rude corridor are dirty no room service no lift for third floor

Hi I Seema masih is staying right now at the hotel , checked in today . I would like to review the hotel and the staff .. ramada being a brand, we booked in advance for our stay in krabi and made complete payment in advance .. but to out shock when we reached the hotel , it was a disaster.. room was a mess .. dirty bed sheets , table and even the floor was not cleaned from so many days . Receptionist are not even picking phone .. when we went to the reception , the staff is so unprofessional and the rude that they did not even listened to us.. and asked for 1000 pounds more to get another room.. just imagine a clean room for additional charge .. so so disappointed by the rooms and staff.. never never visit this hotel .. bad bad bad review . I hope ramada authorities sees this and shut their hotel , instead of charging people so high and treating them useless

Dear Traveller, Please don’t be misguided or misled by the name Ramada by Wyndham Aonang Krabi. This property is far from what you might expect from the Ramada chain. Honestly, it was an embarrassment, and we were genuinely shocked by the state of the hotel. Don’t let the photos fool you! Everything in the hotel was old and dirty. While technically liveable, the condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. Dirty curtains, towels that looked like they had been used for years, and an outdated swimming pool in terrible condition (the poolside tables were literally falling apart) were just a few of the issues. Even attempting to use the pool was unpleasant—it left a sticky feeling on the skin! The overall territory of the hotel was poorly maintained and desperately needed a thorough cleaning and significant repairs. If this were marketed as a 2-star or maybe a very low-end 3-star property, it might work for some travelers. But under the Ramada name? No, no, no. Breakfast Woes The hotel offers breakfast for 300 THB per person, but you can easily find far better options just steps from the hotel for around 400 THB for two adults. This is just another example of the lack of value here. Our Experience We booked this property based on the name “Ramada” and the photos, as we’ve had good experiences with Ramada hotels in other countries. Unfortunately, this was a mistake. To avoid disappointment, set your expectations closer to a low-grade hostel, and you might not be as disheartened as we were. Positive Points The staff were very nice and helpful—thank you for that! The location is safe, with many small stores nearby. However, it’s not on the first line to the beach, and the more beautiful beaches require at least a 30-minute walk. Final Thoughts Perhaps 20 years ago, this was a great place, but now it’s a sad shadow of its past. I would not recommend this hotel. If you’re considering it, please lower your expectations significantly. Safe travels!

Hotel is old, dirty, run down, truly depressing. Matresses are hard, old. Bathrooms same thing: my shower did not work, toilett liking, sink broken and grotescally glued. Pictures in site are from when property opened. Horrible property
