Understaffed hotel, very pathetic. A/C not working, rude staff. Charged 200 bath for hand towel stain. No house keeping after 5 pm. They don't even provided extra blanket at night saying no house keeping after 5. Property not maintained at all

This hotel is for the discerning traveller. Don't stay here if you are looking for tropical perfection. DO STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE PEACE, QUIET, BIG WIDE OPEN POOLS, A DECENT BREAKFAST, AND A WILLING, KIND, SMILING AND HELPFUL STAFF! Yes - it's a bit shabby -- but as a seasoned traveller - you are bigger than that - it is CLEAN - and the rooms are ENORMOUS. Everything works -- it's just a bit old and tired -- like me - like many of you. BUT IN THE PRICE VS. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET -- THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BARGAINS IN THAILAND. Compared to what else I see out there in Ao Nang this genuinely represents value for money. There might be the odd mark on a towel - or a pillow case. It's not dirty - it's just well used. It's genuinely sustainable because things arent just thrown away because they are a bit tired. Things are well used - as they should be in a truly sustainable world.

Location and vicinity to 7 eleven

No staff to help out. Wifi was down for full tenure. Old infrastructure. Dirty pool. Buffet Breakfast was very poor in every sense.
