The pool was absolutely disgusting, I booked this hotel so the kids could play. I wouldn’t let my pets in it. Hadn’t been cleaned in years full of mold. How this passes inspections is beyond me. Also the mattresses were full of pee stains.

Room size was good. Location was good.

They confirmed over email and then verbally but didn't provide us connecting rooms. We had 2 young kids. The facility is poorly maintained. Pool was dirty.

The room had direct entry in to pool. The check in was efficient and friendly.

The pool was too dirty to use . We were there 13 nights. They worked on cleaning the pool every day but were never able to get it cleaned.

Very bad 😞 paid extra for pool access room and pool filthy black like swamp fence rusted and gate broken. It is a shame it was good last year

The Size of the rooms were Big enough. Had a Balcony and an amazing view of the pool

There is no Lift in the property and Staff is little bit mismanaged.

The property is built spacious but really poorly maintained

The washrooms were pathetic. There was no water most of the times. Bathroom fittings were all rusty shabby and broken too. The room was stinking.

This hotel is in such bad condition it looks like something that has been shelled in Gaza. Walls and ceilings have holes in them, electricity wires are falling from broken boxes, steps are broken, and the swimming pool is a mosquito-infested green swamp. Inside the rooms it is just as bad. Door locks that don't work, broken safes, faulty hairdryers, fans not working, dead creatures on the curtains, leaking water. Too many issues to mention. The management are disorganized and diabolical. Dirty sheets, towels and plates are left in the corridors and maids don't even come to make up the room during the stay. The hotel is in serious need of renovation and new management.
