back room with air conditioning not working. Had to change to another as too small and wrong bed type that was ordered.

Local to waterfront, staff were helpful, swimming pool and spa were nice.

Room smelt very damp down the very end of the hotel, tried opening the window and balcony but was blasted by the noise of the pub directly below (which opens till 2AM?. Breakfast was average. Cleaning apparently is every 3 days for the rooms so we didnt have any but the halls were not vacuumed for the two days we stayed even though there was bits all over the place. Would expect so much more for price we paid.

It was close to the waterfront & lots of cafes

Our room smelt really mouldy

Loved the location ,perfect as we were going on a cruise the next day and we could walk to the terminal, plus there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the ferry terminus
