Everything was absolutely perfect! Our stay at Dream Lagoon & Aquapark Resort was unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. The animation team was simply the best full of energy, always smiling, professional, and they made every single day special for us. The shows, activities, and entertainment were outstanding and created so many beautiful memories. The hotel and the entire resort are truly amazing everything is beautiful, clean, well organized, and perfectly maintained. The beach, lagoon, pools, gardens, food, and service were all excellent. The staff made us feel welcome from the first moment. A special greeting at the best animators. David, Giuseppe and Andrea we had an incredible time and enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend this resort and we will definitely come back. Thank you to the whole Dream Lagoon team for a perfect vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I have to say the entertainment staff truly highlight just how amazing the entertainment staff was-especially Andrea, the fitness instructor. His aqua gym sessions were absolutely fantastic and such a highlight of my stay!

Amazing hotel, with good warm sea but what is super is personal I want to leave compliments for Ahmed Harp amazing waiter's he knows a lot languages like Czech, Poland or English, and our room cleaner Baha amazing work with towel's ale services and young waiter Ibrahim from restaurant, this hotel is perfect for couples and families too

People in the hotel are all very nice. Cleaning servis (Omar) is very good in it. The holiday was beautiful.

I had a really nice experience in this resort. The resort is clean and relaxing and it’s beautiful.The staff and the animation team is very friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is good with enough variety, and the beach is really good. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing but fun holiday.

Honestly, it was a truly exceptional stay. What impressed me most was the excellent service from the entire staff. They were all very respectful, helpful, and always attentive to the guests' comfort. The animation team was absolutely fantastic; they created a wonderful atmosphere and made the whole day full of energy and excitement. ❤️ I'd also like to give a special thanks to Mr. Adel at the restaurant for his impeccable taste and attention to detail. He's truly a model of professionalism. 👏 And Youssef and Bebo at the Lagoon Bar were also incredibly polite and provided excellent service.
