The hotel has a beautiful, calm natural lagoon, friendly staff, and energetic entertainment team. It has enjoyable, clean pools and the delicious food. Although some areas need improvement such as matresses in the rooms which are hard, duvets instead of blankets, more chairs and tables in the dining areas and by bars. On the beach a toilet is needed as well as changing rooms. There are not enough sun beds for all of the guests on the beach and the lifeguard need to improve their english as communication is difficult. Overall the hotel is recommend to families. The gardens are amazing.

The resort isn't the newest, but its has its own unique charms. Plus, the beautifully maintained gardens and plenty of greenery help to relax. The food was delicious. Overall, the Staff os very friendly and helpful with lots od smiles. The warmest regards to the chefs at Gardenia and manager Kabeer.

Lovely huuuge hotel with stunning gardens, welcome well-mannered staff, spacious rooms with antique style, heated pools and just on the seaside where u can see amazing blue water of Red Sea😍👍🏼🥰 Food was ok but not much variety! Drinks were nice, especially beer from Pakistan )) Great animation team, they organised tournaments with other hotels played volleyball all and buggy race , had disco parties all the time, karaoke night, it was fun 🤩 very organised team and kept us busy through the whole holiday👍🏼 especially big hello to Jake from Essex, nice fella) Overall it was amazing holiday and highly recommend this hotel 🏨

The hotel is not a 5 stars one. But I had a 5 stars experience. The beach view is so breathtaking. The staff is so nice and they smile all the time. Especially in the food restaurant. The pasta chef was making perfect pasta and risotto. Big appreciation for the animation team as well, Giuseppe, Andrea, David, Mirco, Kamila, etc. They made sure all of us are enjoying and being entertained. The only think I didn't like were the beds in the room (not much comfortable), and the hard alcohol that is the same shtty taste in all Egypt hotels.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at your resort! Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. A special thank you to Hakim, the bartender (at the pool) he took such great care of us and was always friendly, attentive, and professional. He really made our experience even more special. We are very satisfied and grateful for the beautiful memories we made at your resort. Thank you again for everything!
