Dream lagoon Resort & Aqua Park

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The food was not good, and the air conditioning in the restaurants barely worked. The resort is so big that everything feels far away, and the main pool was closed for our entire stay. The only positive was the nice garden and cats haha

We are currently waiting to be picked up, we have had an amazing holiday the staff here are super friendly, the entertainment team are brilliant Mario, Gabriel and kamelia were the best always Happy smiling and making our stay here memorable the entertainment manager is brilliant at what she does her dancing skills in the greatest showman along with Mario and the other guy ( tall I can't remember his name sorry ) made the show the best version I have seen whilst being on holiday and I have seen a few. The bar staff are lovley the life guard is the most polite gentle soul iv ever met (tall usually by the main pool first thing and for most the morning) the hotel is clean the food is good, if your flight is late bring snacks there's no food available so after a very long day travelling (7am and arriving at hotel at 2am) we thought there would be something .... anything but no we only had a bottle of water in room and couldn't even get a coffee until breakfast the next day apart from this I have no complaints

Beautiful resort, staff are amazing. Entertainment is amazing Mario 👏 friendly, fantastic Entertainment from start to finish made our holiday. Greatest showman was the "greatest" kamila also got all the family up made us feel so welcome 🙏

very good atmosphere . Entertainment were amazing there was never a dull moment . shows were amazing they include everyone . mario was always great he never stopped dancing and including us in activities . a great experience and always something to do

This is already our second time staying at this hotel. We knew what to expect. The vegetation is very attractive, so every walk to the beach, the gym, the attractions, or the restaurants feels like a stroll through a park. Unfortunately, drinks are served in plastic cups. If you ask, the waiters will pour them into glass, but glasses are not always available. This is an area where the hotel could improve by providing proper glassware. Special praise goes to the animation team, especially the very energetic girls Kamila and Martina. They clearly enjoy what they do, dance with their whole hearts, and bring a lot of smiles to the guests. Other sports activities, especially volleyball and aqua gym, were conducted excellently. The food is varied, and the waiters are very polite. Special greetings to Tayeb, who has a great approach to children and teenagers. I recommend this place. The hotel offers so many attractions included in the package, as well as paid options like kitesurfing and diving, that there is really no need to go outside the resort. And that’s a good thing, because outside the hotel there is basically only desert. Okay, you can go quad biking, but without much craziness — more like riding in a train formation. 😉 I recommend this hotel and encourage the staff to listen to guest feedback. The hotel has its years, but the atmosphere, vibe, and good management provide exactly what one expects. We stayed here in February 2025 and January 2026.

It was a wonderful time spent with my family in a beautiful hotel, with a stunning garden and beach. Amazing people and animators who do a fantastic job. Kamča & Gaia, you are amazing ❤️

My vacation was very good and I stayed with my family for 1 week in this resort. I really enjoyed the time also because of the animation team. Particularly Gabriele was very good in involving me in every activity, especially beach volley and in funny moments. I will come back for sure

Need to heat the pools

I highly recommend it. It's a great place to relax. The hotel has a beautiful garden, which adds to the atmosphere, and the food and rooms are excellent. The animators are wonderful, bringing positive energy and encouraging physical activity. Nicole and Mario, in particular, did a fantastic job. Thanks for a lovely stay, and we'll see you in a few months!

Yesterday I came back from Dream Lagoon and for the first time I came home was so sad, because this place and people are just a paradise on earth. Egyptian-style rooms allowed you to feel the atmosphere of Egypt even more. A beautiful garden that I admired every morning. Service, waiters and rescuers you could always count on. Every meal and spending time by the pool or beach immediately became cheerful thanks to these people. In particular, my heart was stolen by the animators-Kamča and Gabriele. Spending every moment with them you can forget about all the problems❤️Kamča who infects everyone around you with her energy and makes you feel like you've known her for years. and Gabriele, a boy whose smile and joy does not leave. Just a minute of conversation with him is not enough, because you want to listen to his stories for hours. It was thanks to them that you really wanted to go to all the animations or games. I am very grateful that I could meet them. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it's a place, these people..
