Dream lagoon Resort & Aqua Park

I had a great time at this hotel. It’s a large, comfortable property with good organization and tasty food, making it a pleasant place to stay During my stay at this hotel, I had the chance to join some breathtaking excursions, such as swimming with dolphins and a sunset quad bike ride. They were amazing experiences and truly unforgettable, even if they were a bit on the expensive side. The rest of the days, however, were made special thanks to the animation team, which brought so much energy and joy to every evening. My absolute favorite show was “The Greatest Showman”, as it’s one of my all-time favorite movies. Seeing it brought to life on stage was incredible, and Martina did an amazing job leading and presenting the show, making it emotional and exciting at the same time. The evening entertainment was always well organized, engaging, and full of positive vibes. Since I really enjoy music parties, I also want to give a big compliment to the animation DJ, who knew how to create the perfect atmosphere and keep the nights fun and lively. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with unforgettable excursions and outstanding evening animation.

I rate my stay very positively. Everyone was very helpful and supportive, and the service was of the highest standard. I most often had the opportunity to talk with Gabriele, who is a great animator. He encouraged active ways of spending time and created a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I will remember both the stay and the staff very fondly.

Hallo. wir waren vom 23. Dezember bis zum 13. Januar in der Dream Lagoon. Wir durften drei Wochen das schöne Wetter, die tolle Atmosphäre, mit freundlichen Leuten genießen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und bei Problemen wird versucht zu helfen. Hier ein Danke an den Housekeeper Manager Mousa. Das Wasser war teilweise kalt, aber die schöne Unterwasserwelt mit Schildkröten und etlichen bunten Fischen ist immer wieder eine schöne Zeit zum abschalten. An der Stranbar gab es dann warme und kalte Getränke, vielen Dank an Bebo, Yousef und natürlich auch allen anderen. Nach nem Getränk, ging es mit der guten Animation los. Schon wenn das Clublied ertönt, hat man gute Laune. Im Herzen geschlossen haben wir Kamilla, sie ist mit soviel Power und Engerie bei allem was sie macht. es ist immer schön ihr zuzusehen oder mit zu machen. Das war der dritte Urlaub mit ihr, liebe Grüße. Auch Gabriel hat ein besonderen Charme, da spielt man gerne eine Runde Volleyball, Dart oder Boccia. Die beiden gehen sehr gut auf die Leute zu und animieren zum mitmachen. Wenn die Zeit es zulässt, wird sich auch nett unterhalten. Zwischendurch unterhält man sich bei einem Tee oder es wird zu guter Musik getanzt in dem Schmuckladen bei Abdou und seinen lieben Kollegen. An der Strandbar war man auch gerne, Danke an Mahmoud, Amr und allen Kollegen. Im Restaurant Coral war auch jeder Kellner sehr freundlich. Dadurch dass das Hotel ausgebucht war und es besondere Feiertage waren, gab es oft lange Warteschlangen. Oft war das Essen kalt oder schnell vergriffen. Besonders schöne Zeit verbringen wir im Beduinen Zelt, bei einer Sisha mit besonderen Leuten, liebe Grüße an Kareem und allen Kollegen. Hello. We stayed at Dream Lagoon from December 23rd to January 13th. We enjoyed three weeks of beautiful weather, a wonderful atmosphere, and friendly people. The rooms are spacious, and they try to help with any problems. A special thank you to the housekeeper and manager, Mousa. The water was sometimes cold, but the beautiful underwater world with turtles and countless colorful fish always provides a lovely way to relax. The beach bar offered hot and cold drinks; many thanks to Bebo, Yousef, and of course, everyone else. After a drink, the great entertainment program started. As soon as the club song starts playing, you're in a good mood. We especially love Kamilla; she puts so much energy and enthusiasm into everything she does. It's always a pleasure to watch her or join in. This was our third vacation with her; best regards. Gabriel also has a special charm; it's always fun to play a round of volleyball, darts, or bocce with him. They both approach people very well and encourage everyone to participate. When time allows, we also enjoy pleasant conversations. In between, we chat over tea or dance to good music in the jewelry shop run by Abdou and his lovely colleagues. We also enjoyed the beach bar; thank you to Mahmoud, Amr, and all the colleagues. Every waiter at the Coral restaurant was very friendly. Because the hotel was fully booked and it was a special holiday, there were often long queues. The food was often cold or sold out quickly. We spent particularly wonderful time in the Bedouin tent, enjoying a shisha with special people; warm greetings to Kareem and all the colleagues.

January 2026, Room: 5227, sea view It was a NIGHTMARE and a fight for our health. Hotel standard: minus 1 star. It should be closed, not sold to customers. 20-year-old stained mattresses, smelly blankets, disgusting bedding — we slept on towels. Broken, falling-apart furniture. Bathroom: fungus, mold, loose tiles — everything old, splashed with paint and destroyed. Food was a disaster! On the second night we were bitten by bed bugs. We found one under the pillow. The hotel manager and the tour representative, playing fools, kept insisting it was mosquitoes. They offered a room change, which is absurd in case of bed bugs — the entire building should be closed and professionally treated, not covered up. Result: severe allergic reaction. Two days spent in a clinic, antihistamine injections, medical treatment. Doctor’s orders: no sun exposure, no swimming, limited activity. In practice: the end of our holiday in Egypt. Holiday: drama and nightmare. And this hotel should be shut down.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. All the animators were very energetic and kind, and they made the activities really fun for everyone. A special mention goes to Kamila, who was especially friendly, full of energy, and always made guests feel welcome. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Grant Lagoon Hotel for 7 days. The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated in a local style, with a garden view and diverse flora. The flowers and cacti are incredible. Every morning we watched how carefully the beauty, cleanliness, and coziness of the hotel grounds are maintained. The food is delicious and varied. We ate fish every day (shrimp, red fish, crab, and some we don’t remember the names of), as well as lula kebab, traditional tea, and wine — everything the soul could wish for. We truly enjoyed every moment. We would like to especially mention the waiters Wael and Mochamed. Their service deserves special recognition: friendly smiles, used cutlery always cleared on time, and coffee and wine already waiting for us as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the positivity and energy of the animators Kamila and Gabriele, who created a wonderful atmosphere and unforgettable days at the hotel. Interesting activities, great dances, and lovely communication throughout the day. For this, we sincerely thank the hotel staff. The sea and the turtles make this place a true paradise for relaxation.

We had a pleasant stay at Dream Lagoon in Marsa Alam and overall we were satisfied with our experience. The gardens are really beautiful and well maintained, and we were also happy with the room cleaning service – Samir (5110 room) everything was always tidy and fresh. What we didn’t like so much were the extra charges for some services at the bars, which felt a bit disappointing, and in our opinion the hotel doesn’t fully match a five-star standard because of that. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, but we can easily imagine that in summer this place must be absolutely amazing. Despite a few small drawbacks, we still had a good time and would consider coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfekter Familienurlaub am Meer! Ich und meine Familie hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Dream Lagoon Resort & Aqua Park in Marsa Alam. Das Meer und der Strand sind traumhaft, perfekt zum Entspannen und Baden. Die Anlage ist sauber, gepflegt und ideal für Familien, besonders mit den Pools und dem Aqua Park. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und frisch – die Pizza ist einfach super! Auch Zimmer und Service waren top, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
