Dream lagoon Resort & Aqua Park

It was great time at hotel. Garden in hotel is so beautiful, everywhere palm tree ❤️ Animation team made great job. Darts, boccia, volleyball, Aqua aerobik, shows. Everything was so great! Mostly I Would like to thank: Gabrielle, Mario, Gaia and Chris :) so good energy and positive vibes!

I had a lovely stay at Dream lagoon resort it was very relaxing but fun also. The animation team was amazing, Kamila was always encouraging and kind to me through my stay. Also Gabriele was so supportive and friendly he always made the effort to say hello and even on his day off he gave me a tour of the whole resort! I would definitely recommend as they are so welcoming.

Location was amazing, full dream paradise vibe, beautiful sea. Great work on garden, makes me feel like in a dream. Everywhere clean, pools looked after very good. Worth long transfer from Hurghada (5hours). Polish and Germans got lucky to get flight straight to Marsa Alam airport. About the room. Spaciuous, clean, got everything you need. Hard bed, but in my case that was prefered, so happy. Room shows signs of age, especialy bathroom, had problem with shower doors, but we adapted. After all room was a place to only sleep and shower. Cleaning service superb, maybe best ever had, even from more expensive hotels in past. You only need to respect staff that works. Then food and drinks in my opinion is oriented to European taste, because lots of Italians. Mediocre assortment, but tasty, never walked hungry in here. Gardenia suited us better. Drinks is normal, not the best, but does the job. Beer was the main drink. Strong alcohol not very good straight, but variuous cokcktails saves situation. In conclusion if you want normal holiday, not to eat and drink all day, but to have beautiful sun and sea, this hotel is very good. And last about staff. Everybody was friendly, helpful, good workers. Great respect for them. But, there is black cloud in our journey. And we wanted to adress this issue here. We had situation on the beach. Walking trough shore near Kite center we were called by security guard. His post is on the borderline where we wanted to go to the wild part of the beach. Kite surfers and local vendors locates there. He did not speak english at all, but we understood that he wants capuccino coffee. So we went and got him that coffee out of beach bar. He looked friendly. So the next day at the beach same situation. We bring him coffee, then we got ourselves some beer, he sees we got beer and asks for one. I gave him mine, but did not knew if he is allowed to drink it on the job. So the next thing he asks is to take photo with us, but at the end he wanted photo with only my grilfriend. So I make photo, he stands together with her and I see that he acts strange. I take photo he tells me that not good, make another one, so second shot, I see my girlfriend is uncomfortable. The man is too close like in wierd way. so quicky I make her to get away from him. And then she tells that he was touching her bottom in a sexual way and she felt harrased. And that he could not hold jis hands right even when she told him to. That is simple sexual harrasement, in a place you never expect that from security guard. So be careful and I hope hotel admin sees this post and takes measures. This happened November 28-29. Guard was around 30 and with moustache, some rings on both hands fingers. Be careful.
