Nuestra experiencia en Puerto Antilla Grand Hotel fue bastante decepcionante, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo positivo es que las habitaciones eran amplias y el entorno del hotel es realmente bonito. Las instalaciones, a primera vista, tienen potencial y el complejo está bien ubicado. Sin embargo, ahí terminan prácticamente los aspectos positivos. El servicio fue muy deficiente durante toda la estancia. No reponían el agua en la habitación y, en varias ocasiones, la habitación no se limpiaba pese a solicitarlo. Uno de los puntos más decepcionantes fue el spa y los masajes. Pagamos alrededor de 340 euros por un tratamiento en una sala que parecía más un cuarto de almacenaje o basuras que una sala de bienestar. Los masajistas no parecían profesionales y la experiencia fue francamente mala. Terminamos con dolor de espalda y además nos aparecieron marcas extrañas en la piel, probablemente debido a los productos utilizados. Aunque las instalaciones son bonitas, el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. Había telas de araña en muchas esquinas y una evidente falta de cuidado general. Los ascensores apenas funcionaban y, además, eran insuficientes para el tamaño del hotel, por lo que desplazarse por el complejo se convertía constantemente en una aventura. Por las noches, la única opción de comida eran unos sándwiches fríos, por los que además cobraban 10 euros extra solo por subirlos a la habitación. En resumen: un hotel con buenas instalaciones y potencial, pero con un servicio muy por debajo de lo esperado para su categoría y precio.
