"Fabulous hotel and staff"

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Hardiman hotel, what a fabulous hotel. The room was beautiful and the staff were faultless especially Sarah at reception who was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, we will definitely be back ❤️

"A lovely stay"

We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room. Really lovely hotel staff ( Sarah on reception and staff in the bar & restaurant downstairs need particular mention for amazing service which led to lovely ambience and welcome). Breakfast was lovely on both mornings. Our only small problem if we are to be honest . There was a locked connecting door to another room and we could clearly hear people in the next room having conversations and even could hear the two way conversations of phonecalls.

"Disappointing"

Location

Bar was closed at 12 midnight when we returned to the hotel. We asked the staff for a drink and they refused to open it. We went elsewhere for a drink. When we returned at 1am the bar was open and full of people. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating and no reasonable explanation from the staff as to why we were sent away. Have stayed here many times before but never again.
