The hosting and staff were really good and friendly

Our pillow and bedsheets were smelling like sweat smelling , even on my pillow was the black line of mascara , we had coffee machine but we didn’t have even 1 small pack of coffee which is so regular even in all small hotel or hotels apartment to have it .

Currently in one of the Kai Building Suite rooms with private pool and sea view, it is lovely but down side is little brown ants everywhere, I see them sometimes in clusters or just a few, or one or two at a time Im hoping they are not harmful but it is annoying, and saw a massive cockroach outside the room last night! Luckily I am checking out tommorrow 12pm! Upgraded from a room in the old building for the last 2 nights because wasn't keen on the view, funnily enough did not see one insect, wondering if I should have stayed there! Other than that no major complaints and cant fault the staff, they are very helpful, informative and friendly. Definantly read all reviews before you make your decision and book which I had done so I knew what to expect. Nissi Avenue only a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops, not far to walk to the Marina and Ayia Napa square only about 10-15 min walk, Im a walker so love going everywhere on foot if I can! However, there is a bus stop outside hotel to visit other areas. Breakfast and dinner is ok but didnt eat there every night, however if you want a half decent beachfront hotel with access to all local amenities and reasonable food then Pierre Anne might be a good choice for you.

Das beste war die totale Ruhe, die Akustik im Zimmer und das wunderbare Meeresrauschen!

Der Pool und das gute Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen)

Ameisen im Zimmer. Dreckige, fleckige Handtücher und Bettwäsche; generell schmutzig und nicht sauber gehalten; Das größte Problem waren die Zimmermädchen, die, obwohl durch den Knopf für Reinigung, signalisiert, zwei Mal überhaupt neigst im Zimmer waren und drei Mal die am Boden liegenden Handtücher nicht gewechselt wurden. Im Zimmer war auch ein fremdes Kleid, das bei unserer Ankunft schon dort war.

-Les différents jus et l'eau au petit dejeune il y avait un arrière gout mais sinon tout était bon . -lalarme:On n'a eu 2 alarmes ( la 1 ère pas dérangeant parcontre la 2e alarme à 2h30 du matin était très dure surtout qu'on avait pas d'explication on savait pas s'il fallait sortir de la chambre ou pas)

I’m very glad I chose this hotel for my vacation, location is perfect because it’s close to the center and at the same time it’s far from the noises, the food is very good, loved the sea view ,the pool , the food , and it was clean everywhere in the hotel

The private pool was too deep (160+) and also as a guy who worked in hotels for many years to be honest i know that the staff in the reception can help more , but the cleaners and the waiters are very friendly and helpful

Είχα κλεισει δωματιο με μεγαλο διπλό κρεβατι και πληρωσα €220 ευρω το βραδυ για να εχω και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Οταν μπηκα στο δωμάτιο ειδα 2 μονά κρεβάτια και κατευθείαν πηρα στην ρεσεψιόν για να ζητησωνα αλλαξω δωματιο και να Εχω διπλό κρεβατι. Η ρεσεψιόν με ενημέρωσε ότι το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει δίπλα κρεβάτια γενικοτερα και δεν θπηρχε τροπος να με εξυπηρετησουν. Προφανώς με κοροϊδεψαν οταν εκλεινα το δωματιο και σιγουρα δεν θα το επελεγα ξανα. Επισης δεν ειχε εξτρα πετσετες για την πισίνα, τα μπουρνουζια και τα σεντονια ειχαν λεκέδες μαυρους, μαλλον παλιους που δεν καθάρισαν ποτέ. Στην πισινα ειχε ενα σιδερακι απο μανταλακι και 1-2 ακόμα μικροπράγματα που εδειχναν πως δεν καθαρίστηκε η πισινα.
