Great location, lovely view, room was nice, food was really nice, staff very friendly.

Food order took a very long time however we were compensated for the delay, breakfast was missing a few items, bar area at the front, with the view is quite limited for space.

Location was beautiful but view from restaurant spoiled by huge tour bus parked across restaurant window blocking view of the water and mountains.

When I booked I wasn’t aware that this property was a tour bus hotel. Bus loads moved around blocking bar, corridors etc at the same time in a very noisy group. Tried and failed to get breakfast in our first morning because they had occupied every table in the breakfast room and noise level was awful as they shouted to each other. We waited for them to leave on 2nd day and very little hot food remained. Staff totally preoccupied by tour groups so service in restaurant very slow. No space in bar as tour occupied every table before and after dinner. TV in room didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it. Said that satellite broken. Building work started at 8am with hammering and drilling.

Breakfast wasn't great. Only putting things out on demand. Poor choice. Service not the best. Felt they were new at this.

Good buffet breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold items. The scrambled egg were very good. Staff on hand at all times to ensure that we were able to enjoy everything on offer. Excellent evening meal with a fabulous view. Forest winning 5:0 at Sunderland whilst I enjoyed a superb steak.😊
