Clean rooms ,great service, wonderful insite restaurant.

No elevator, only stairs makes it difficult to move luggage.

Beautiful decorated and lovely view in a nice room

Slow service, no one on reception on arrival so left waiting. Evening meal was not as good as we hoped for. Standard food but restaurant and view stunning. Breakfast very sparse, needed re filling and music would have been nice In background as waiter was singing so felt unprofessional.

A very smart hotel, modern, welcoming reception. It did have a nice 'feel' when entering the hotel, but did lack character. The lady on reception was very helpful and polite. Room was very nicely decorated and has all facilities required (tea, coffee, hairdryer, usb ports, lights and sockets in good position, smart tv), bathroom modern, lots of space to put the toiletries (which most hotels lack). Wonderful shower and lovely fluffy towels. Meal at night was good, we could only manage a starter and dessert, but this was not an issue. The young gentleman (I think he was the evening manager), was lovely, service excellent. Location of the hotel is stunning, the loch in front of the hotel, with a view down to Isle of Skye bridge. Amazing photography opportunity with amazing sunset. Would recommend

A few niggles - the lock to our room was not working properly, so had to try a number of times to get into the room and a couple of times had to get a member of staff to let us in. Our coffee machine did not work, maintenance came but could not fix it, but we were offered coffee from the machine whenever we wanted. The biggest niggle was the lack of clarity over breakfast on the booking.com website (this is not the first time)!!!. I would not book a hotel room ever, without breakfast, but this option was not available at time of booking and therefore booked room only. At the hotel, we were told breakfast was an additional £45 (for 3 guests), which is crazy, we were not happy about that.

Location worked for our trip.

We were booked for sea view room, arrived by 5:30 pm, noticed 2 very large tour buses in the front parking lot, check in to our “sea-view” room, and opened the room door and someone was already staying in it. The staff kept trying to tell us they were going to get us another sea view, but first tried to put us in a side room with no view, then ended up putting us in a “mountain view”, saying it was “an upgrade” that was way in the back, and over looked an RV parking lot. The internet didn’t work so far from the lobby, the tv was totally set in Arabic and didn’t get sorted until almost 9 pm. By that point we were done! Although the light food we had was very good, we asked for all food to come at once, but that didn’t happen. They felt bad, and comp’d our 2 salads and crab appetizer, which was nice, but too little too late. Also, although the room and bathroom were clean, the bathroom sink is the size of a shallow shoebox and water shot all over the bathroom, and the room temperature was impossible to control, so we turned off the lights and had to open the doors to the RV’s to keep from sweating. (Two doors that opened to no porch). Needless to say, we couldn’t wait to get out of there!

It was not worth the money, we waited a long time for food. Staff dont seem to care about guests. Parking was too limited for a hotel by the roadside with so many rooms. Needs improvement!
