Rooms very clean. Hotel very clean throughout. Bar and restaurant staff are superb. General great atmosphere in the bar area.

Bar/restaurant staff was great. Reception staff shocking. Sent numerous emails. All being ignored.

Great location just before crossing the bridge to the Isle of Skye. The rooms are spacious, and they serve a good breakfast.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, probably because the staff were rushing due to high occupancy. Also, the room is right next to the campsite, so it felt like there was no privacy. We had to keep the curtains closed the whole time and couldn't enjoy the view.

The staff and the breakfast

Cold water pressure fluctuated arresting the shower temp. It caused a burst of boiling hot water. Not nice

The room was a great size, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality. We also had a handy little terrace towards the parking lot that made packing our suitcases into the car in the morning quite easy. The hotel was also convenient to get to after a day out on the Isle of Skye.

Our bathroom fan was temperamental and made quite a bit of noise when on, and the sounds from the room above us carried over quite loudly (mostly the sounds of footsteps and things being moved).

Evening meal was superb, the hotel had a boutique feel and equals any boutique hotels we have stayed in cities across the UK. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and made our stay perfect, would highly recommend.
