Ardanaiseig Hotel

Beautiful location in the forest and at the lake shore. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was in a beautiful old style with a free standing bath. Very nice sitting room and bar overlooking the lake. Outside the hotel there is a nice old garden and forest to walk around, with some sitting places at the lake shore.

The bed was too small for comfortable sleep of two adults.

The grounds and surroundings were lovely - lush green forest and access to the loch, we had paddleboards with us and we could go straight onto the water from the grounds of the hotel which was a bonus. The decor was super quirky and interesting, felt like every piece of furniture had a story!

This is a real gem…. A beautiful location on the edge of Loch Awe. The hotel is quirky and interesting with a resident cat! We loved it. The food in the restaurant and staff were great.

It’s a little tired but we didn’t mind.

Staff , location, food , accommodation was exceptional. All grand experience.
