The internet was on the blink (they had to lend us a wireless wifi mini-hub), the towels are worn thin, the sheets don't really fit the bed, and we were given a gloomy groundfloor studio that crushed our expectations of a bright room, as advertised on the website photographs. But the staff is quite friendly.

Los apartamentos eran excelentes. Muy bien equipados, muy limpios y de un tamaño importante que los hacía muy comodos. La ubicación es buena y está cerca de la Piazza Maggiore y de toda la zona de ambiente de Bolonia

El único problema ha sido con el wifi, pero ya nos dijeron que estaban tratando de solucionarlo con la compañía telefónica

WiFi kept dropping. It’s an old building with thick walls, I guess it’s to be expected.

The Staff are so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so welcome. The room we stayed although not biggest was perfect for our stay and had lots of storage space. Well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main Street and centre of Bologna. We will definitely recommend and stay here again if our future plans allow. Thankyou very much to the check in/out team.

De locatie was top, alles op loopafstand. Ruimte was schoon, ontvangst was vriendelijk. Check-in top geregeld, net als alle communicatie vooraf

Het was jammer dat de Wifi niet werkte - hebben we gelijk bij aankomst gemeld, maar helaas gedurende verblijf niet opgelost. Daarnaast ook onderstaande puntjes, maar daar hebben we geen melding van gemaakt. - De grote regendouche deed het niet. - Koffieapparaat werkte wel, maar onderdelen eraan waren stuk. Verbeterpuntje (qua gebruiksgemak) zou zijn dat de thee-/koffiefaciliteiten in een hogere kast in de hoek van de keuken zouden staan. Het huidige kastje is slechts zo’n 30 cm hoog, dit werkt niet echt heel fijn en kost het je rug.

Location was excellent. Property was comfortable & clean, with a good shower and comfortable bed. Bar stools though are very uncomfortable (minor issue)!

It was all good: though a little pricey for the size etc
