The stairs. But understandable. Ran out of toilet paper. No spare rolls anywhere.

Access to accommodation was ridiculous. No reception on ground floor. Asked bar staff who contacted the right person but she did not arrive for half an hour!! No lift so had to carry heavy luggage up several flights of stairs. No phone to contact reception - had to go through bar staff who were busy. Cost of stay at £124 per night was ridiculous.

Everything thoughtfully provided eg wash up liquid and shower gel. Water lovely and hot and bed was comfy.

Other guests a bit noisy at times. Slamming doors very noisy.
