It was very clean and thoughtfully furnished and arranged.

Good location. Neat and clean.

The apartment isn't particularly luxurious, but it's neat, clean and has everything you need. This would've got 5/5 except for: - the check-in process was not smooth. There is no reception and the doors are automated. This is fine except that I had to wait half an hour after I arrived trying to find somebody to give me the codes. I was not the only guest in this situation. - the one bed in apartment 4 (closest to the window) needs replacing. Fortunately, I was only one person and could sleep on the other bed. - there is an annoying exit sign above the door which gives off enough light to read by. So if you, like me, like to sleep in the dark, this isn't great.

Clean flat with close walk to the town and shops. The door has keypad number entry so no need for keys. We had flat 1 on the ground floor and also back door access to the car. Free parking or there was permits too. Second visit and will be back.

Nothing. Handy to have ice cube try for fridge. A shelf in the shower.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very helpful and communicated quickly and effectively.

The coffee pot had water in it from the previous guests. Maybe just make sure that is cleaned out. Leave a little more toilet paper in case it’s needed.

Lovely apartment, very clean and instructions to get in clear. 5 minute walk to restaurants so location ideal and walking distance to Norwich football club.

Very loud with others in apartments in the building, upstairs could hear stomping around and talking through the night. Sofa bed is on its last days and needs an upgrade.
