The location. Comfy beds. Adequate kitchen facilities.

The shower room had the most disgusting smell of drains,the owner came to fix but it came back . Felt it was a health hazard. This spoiled our stay. The owner offered us a 50% reduction if we stayed ,which we did as all places were booked due to an event in the city.

The property is very close to the station which was perfect for me and one of the reasons I chose to stay here; it was also close enough to the town centre, Carrow Road and shops to easily explore on foot. I stayed in apartment 3 which was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay, the tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. I really liked the keyless entry to both the front door and individual rooms as I didn’t have to worry about losing a key.

This is personal taste but the mattress was too soft for me. The doors had automatic closures on them which means they close quite loudly; we tried to close them as quietly as possible coming back late to minimise disturbing other guests.

It was difficult to keep the apartment warm and other rooms were noisy.

Location was great, near the train station and shops

The bed was a little uncomfortable, you need a new bed or mattress, and other guess slamming doors

We loved the location as it was so close the the train station...a easy walk even with luggage! We loved the walk along the river and the ease of walk to the city center. Many choices of food options nearby. We enjoyed a quiet room !

The stairs leading up to our room were tricky as they were narrow...but there is a rail to use for support. We only had breakfast in the room...we had everything needed for that...but...if someone wanted to prepare a meal it would be difficult as there wasn't many good pans or utensils.

The room was clean and spacious with ample room between the twin beds. The little kitchen unit was great as was the well proportioned bathroom.

My only problem with the room was the lighted emergency exit sign over the door. I understand that due to health & safety regulations it is required but the sign was so bright it did hinder sleep and we even thought of trying to cover it.
