הבריכה הייתה בסדר

היו הרבה תקלות עינו משפחה עם 6 גברים ותינוק 1. עגלת התינוק לא התאימה לגיל ולא היה אף אחד בקבלה שיוכל להחליף, רק למחרת החליפו 2. היו תקלות בטלוויזיה ולמרות שביקשנו שיתקנו, הם באו כמה פעמים ובסוף לא סידרו. 3. המסעדה של המלון היא המקום היחיד שאפשר לאכול שם ארוחת ערב והיא הייתה מנוהלת בצורה חובבנית עם טעויות שלא נתקלנו בשום מלון אחר. ממש מאכזב. הג׳קוזי היה תקין בחלקו ולא היו בו מים חמים אלא פושרים. 4. באחד הערבים לא היו מים חמים בברזים בכל החדרים שלנו בלי ליידע ובלי טיפול. כשדיווחתי על כל הבעיות לנציגת הקבלה, היא קיבלה את זה בשיוויון נפש ולא נראה שהיא מתכוונת לעשות עם זה שום פעולה. גם כשעשינו צ׳ק אאוט הם לא התעניינו איך היה לנו
