Check-in could be faster during busy periods

Food service speed could be better during peak hours

The beach was beautiful, very secluded, and no floating trash in the water. We, a party of seven, were very impressed with the facility. It was a very nice, very clean property. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They tried to meet our every need. The food was good. I was very impressed, the pool was very, very clean!

While we were there, there were many mosquitoes and sand fleas. The room should be sprayed for mosquitoes. My room has many mosquitoes, and they bite me at night.

Laufend waren Parties und total Laute Musik.Zudem die Preise fürs Essen und Trinken total überteuert.Die Hinfahrt wurden wir trotz Ticket nicht in Sanlaem abgesetzt und mussten fürs Taxi nochmal 15 Dollar zahlen.

The Staff were amazing,and the manager went above and beyond. The beach and sea are amazing,so clean. The swimming pool was great.
