Ideal location if you want to be in the heart of the Barbican

This property is managed by pure serviced, a management company who do ID checks and take deposits. The communication varied so many times from me being told I needed to pay £150 security deposit but fully refundable to then told it’s only £25 or £10 for non refundable. It’s so badly managed and still awaiting my refund. The property is down an ally so it’s very dark inside,, the bedroom has no table lamp despite being in pictures. I can see previous feedback about the mattress has been ignored as this was very poor. It’s a property that needs some TLC and good clean!

Perfect location right in the Barbican, up a little pretty cobbled street. Easy walking distance to pretty much anywhere in Plymouth, we were visiting family, so this was great for us. Long stay car park near by. The staff were brilliant, always replied to any query within minutes and were friendly and helpful. Very easy to check in. Loved the website portal so you could add extras on for example; pets, later check out, even private catering services! I thought it was all very well organised and I’d book a Pureserviced property again in the future definitely.

Filthy, we actually didn’t want to take our shoes off downstairs. Looked for a hoover but battery dead, we bought anti bacterial floor wipes and cleaned all the floors down! Also there was urine all up the stairs leading up to the front door of the flat, not sure if it was human or dogs! No washing up bowl or plug to go in the kitchen sink, so washing the dishes was more difficult than it needed to be. Rotten window frames, hard to open and close. It has so much potential and could be beautiful.

£150 deposit or the option to pay a £20 waiver, before they'll give you the room keys.

Room is fine and in great location to go out on the barbican. We had a big issue with checking in, was given the code for the wrong room and went into someone elses room with their stuff still in there. Charged a deposit which wasnt specified until after booking. Only one of the windows opened and too warm to sleep properly. Room could do with a fan.

It’s very noisy as you’d expect from being right in the center of the barbican with a pub on the corner both at night & in the morning & the apartment above playing music at 4.30 in the morning! The windows are not sound proofed. The sofa was not very comfy if you wanted a night in watching tv

There was no soap in the bathroom and the shower gel and shampoo were mini size, which was really not enough for two days
