Would have liked more cooking equipment. Only one pan. The flat was very clean.

Location amazing.

We didn't receive the email with info regarding the address and method of check in until 14.33, only 27 minutes before we could arrive. It panicked me, caused a lot of stress and nearly ruined our day - we didn't know where to park, because we didn't know the exact location! Unless I missed it, I wasn't aware we wouldn't be given info until an hour before arrival. The ladies on the phone were very helpful, but I had to ring up 3 times to ask about the email.

No means to turn the tv on although the girl answered the phone straight away and was pleasant and said they would get a remote dropped off the next day it never happened

Good location in the Barbican, plenty of great places to eat and good access to travel links.

The apartment was uncleaned when we arrived, we were asked to walk across town to a different hotel and then told to go back to a different apartment. Unfortunately it was much smaller and darker than the original. No financial compensation was offered which I would have felt fair given we had an upsetting start to the stay and the fact that we ended up in an inferior apartment that was not well stocked. Additionally, the stairway smelt badly of bins.
