The White Orchid Hotel

Absolutely superb from the initial warm welcome, to the fabulous breakfast, choice of restaurants and lovely spaces to relax, the snug area and of course the beautiful roof top bar and pool - stunning

The staff were very good, helpful, polite and courteous and eager to please. The breakfast was good, but due to feeling unwell during stay, was unable to fully enjoy everyday. Adjacent complex with big screen cinema, rooftop bar and 2 restaurants offering Asian fusion and more traditional options was appealing.

Some of the rooms were unhealthy with black mould. Was extremely surprised the hotel even offered the rooms to our party to sleep in. To their credit alternative rooms were found, but in general damp smell pervaded the corridors on every floor. One room had a less effective air conditioning unit which we did not complain about as it was bearable. All members if our party suffered stomach upsets at varying parts of our stay. Service in Afrobeats restaurant was unacceptably slow, one guest did not get his full order. Error on rooftop bar led to us being overcharged. Error on Check-in led to overcharging. Still awaiting refund payment. Power outtages, although not long lasting, were frequent and did not seem to affect surrounding properties.

El personal era muy amable y servicial, la habitación era de buen tamaño y tenía balcón. Me gustó el cappuccino del bar del hotel y la cercanía de otros restaurantes.

Las instalaciones en general no están bien mantenidas, el aire acondicionado era viejo, hacía mucho ruido y enfriaba poco. La ducha tenía hongos en las esquinas y en las uniones de la cerámica. No había toalla para la cara. La habitación no tenía secador de pelo y tuve que pedirlo. Tampoco tenía albornoz a pesar de que lo incluía la descripción. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad. Me iba al aeropuerto muy temprano y pedí desayuno para llevar un día antes y no estaba listo a la hora acordada. No es un hotel de 5*, le daría 3 como mucho.

Staff impeccabile. Tutti estremamente cordiali e capaci. Ringrazio specialmente la signorina Mercy, ci ha sempre accolto con un sorriso dolce e gentile. Ottima colazione, piena e soddisfacente. Succo buonissimo, spremuto a mano. Tantissimi comfort e stanza accogliente.
