Windmill Upon Hills Genting by Widebed

The apartment is fairly new. The pool facilities were good.

On arrival, after 12 hours of exhausting trip, the key wasn't in the box that was supposed to be. We called a few times, and someone turned up after half an hour. There was only one key, so as a family of four, we could not use the facilities separately because we needed a key to move around on the facilities. My daughter woke up in the morning full of pimples, we could not find any bed bugs, but found someone's fingernails, stained mattress cover, and dead mini flies under the bed sheets. Then we asked for the bed sheets to be changed (photos). Under the bed in the main bedroom, there was a thick layer of dust. The sponge on the kitchen was falling apart. There were only three towels for a family of four, I asked for a fourth towel three times, and the staff told me that I had to pay for extra for that. I tried to justify that I booked for four people, but he was adamant. (Conversation attached)

Not clean there was a short hair on the toilet and the toilet roll was still wet from previous guest. Walls were dirty parking confusing owner sent unclear instructions and was unhelpful

The swimming pool is heated 24/7 early open 7am-10pm Amazing pool where the weather is a bit chilly!! Would defintely be there again. Food places walking distance, next to main road to KL/Genting Only cons is the vehicle noises with loud exhaust pipes with cars and motorbikes can be heard up to 2-3am in the morning inside the apartment!!
