It was clean and comfortable

Nothing, only the outside bathroom door could not be opened from the inside. Gave me the scare of my life. Trapped in the bathroom. My wife manages to open from outside. The owner had it repaired the next day.

Location only due to easy accessible to shops and restaurant

The bedsheets are not clean, the bathroom is smelly, fan remote control not functioning, aircond remote provide one for two bedroom, TV doesn't support youtube or not a smart tv. hard to find parking during busy seasons. Not worth for the price. This apartment doesn't have mirror in bedroom.
