The apartment is very comfortable. I stayed on level 20, and the view was really beautiful and cool. My kids really enjoyed staying there. If possible, it would be great if sachets of Nescafe or coffee could be provided. As for the lift usage, it took quite a while due to peak hours (check-out time). Other than that, everything was very satisfying. A deposit of RM200 is required, and the host will refund it after check-out.

My 2nd stay at this place but different room (WB-19-06) previous one i cant remember. Strategic location near to petrol station and shops.

No microwaze provided.Previous stay all good. Bed with dust. Floor a bit dirty like no one came to clean even we paid for cleaning service rm60. Heater at one of the bathroom not functioning Even with heater at another bathroom it still on and off cold and did not work well. No chair or small table provided at the balcony this time but i pay more price compare to previous stay. There is dirty cloth was place under the washing machine unsure what happen previously like no one came to clean before next customer check in to the room.

The hotel location and room facing mountain.

Room cleaninnes. Lots of fruit flies. Towel change chargeable. Longer waiting time for lift. Only 1 bathroom mirror.
