屋子有些残旧，没有微波炉，提供的厕纸和塑胶袋数量有限，房间厕所水管不流通没有处理。不过屋主对于提出的要求有即时回应，除了厕所问题。

The place is secured and well positioned with shops and hotel restaurant in the same compound.

At the restaurant, priority was given to Hotel Residents and Apartment Residents had to wait. The lift was not sufficient for so many apartments during peak time.
