Die Lage des Hotels ist super... Wanderwege, Rodeln und Skifahren ist teils fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist nur ein Schatten seiner Vergangenheit. Ausstattung, Ambiente, einfach alles ist überholt. Ja es ist Saison und 500 Euro pro Tag für 3 Personen HP mögen relativ günstig sein. Aber der Gegenwert stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück ist bestenfalls Durchschnitt, das Abendessen.... oh weh, da hilft es auch nicht, wenn man damit begrüsst wird, dass im nächsten Jahr kräftiginvestiert werden soll.. Inhabergeführt soll es sein? Einen Vorgesetzen oder gar Inhaber haben wir nie gesehen. Lediglich immer die selben, netten Angestellten.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im schönen Stubaital, das Hotel war es nicht, was dazu beigetragen hat.

The rooms weren't well soundproofed, and for a family room, it wasn't acceptable. Another guest came to complain and told us not to go on vacation with children anymore because my son cried at night (unfortunately, he got sick on vacation).

Location is good

The hotel desperately needs a renovation! The bathrooms are tiny and old, with a tub and a shower like 30 years ago! Furniture and decor are old, mattresses are uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst, thin and basically nonexistent! We spent new year’s there, saddest thing ever, no music, no atmosphere whatsoever. The pool is old and small and non/inviting…..the staff (except for one front desk guy) are unfriendly and slow

Zimna woda w basenie. Wrecz lodowata.

Personnel were very friendly, pool and sauna area are nice. It's in a quiet area away from the main street but still convenient to shops, etc.

The hotel is very understaffed. So, unfortunately, it takes ages to get served at dinner, check-in is slow, and basics like towels in the pool area were not always available.
