Parkhaus ist vorhanden, freundliches Personal, alles sauber, Frühstück war in Ordnung für diesen Preis

Auswahl beim Frühstück begrenzt, wenig frisches, wenig vegetarisches. Unser Zimmer war viel viel zu heiß, wir konnten es nicht regulieren. Wir sollten bei -10 grad die Balkontür offen lassen (die ganze Nacht) um die Temperatur im Zimmer zu senken. Das Personal hat sich zwar bemüht, konnte das Problem aber nicht lösen. Ein anderes Zimmer oder eine Entschädigung wurde uns nicht angeboten.

O hotel é bom, só nao pode ser categorizado como 4 estrelas.

A academia estava fechada ( e eu reservei muito por isso ) o spa ficava aberto somente até as 19hrs, e consegui fazer o Check in só as 17 e pouco. Nao tinha ninguém na recepção quando chegamos. os quartos nao oferecem categoria 4 estrelas e o cafe da manha foi bem fraco. Esperava mais. As acomodações sao bem antigas. Eu gosto de rústico, mas achei que estava um pouco abandonado.
