Das Hotel war wirklich super sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Super freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Zum Gletscher (Ski) sind es ca. 20 min und der ist sehr leicht zu erreichen. Alles in allem top!

The hotel shouldnt have 4* It is quit nice 3* hotel. Nice people. But dont choose it, when you want sleep well. Problem is, that you can hear everything from the other rooms. And we had bad luck, that there was baby crying all night. Nobody in the corridor could sleep. And how you can ski next day, when you and your kids didnt sleep? It can totaly destroy the vacation. I wouldnt come here again, althought everything else was fine.

Posizione perfetta per chi ama sciare e per chi come noi ama gironzolare… facile da raggiungere!

Da un 4stelle mi sarei aspettata oltre l’inglese anche l’italiano parlato almeno dalla reception, capisco che non è la loro lingua ma un minimo di inclusione anche per chi non ha un inglese fluente trattandosi comunque di uno Stato a confine con l’Italia… oltre al fatto che la reception non é presidiata così some scritto, in caso di bisogno chiamare… insomma mi sono sentita un po emarginata da questo punto di vista! La struttura è carina, molto bella la zona spa&relax anche se in certe aree metterei l’obbligo del costume! La camera non da 4 stelle! non adatta ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli…wc in una stanza apparte rispetto al lavandino e la vasca/doccia e neanche un fasciatoio o un appoggio per poter gestire il piccolo eppure l’età del minore è stata dichiarata! Gentilissimo il cameriere che ci ha accompagnato in questi 2giorni durante la colazione, ha compreso il disagio della lingua e ha fatto in modo di farsi capire e comprendere le nostre richieste!

Personal nett und sehr freundlich, Schönes Zimmer. Frühstück reichhaltig. Sehr gute Verbindung zum Bus (nur 15sek).

ABER Zimmer zu warm, obwohl Heizung abgedreht und das Fenster gekippt ist. Sauna/Schwimmbad in anderem Gebäude DURCH die kalten Tiefgarage....
