The Berkman

Great staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect parking situation. Above all, they were very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay from two days to a week at the last minute. A+ in my book.

We love the Berkman! Parking is easy, coming and going is easy and it’s very close to all the Mayo facilities. Pricing is appropriate, the room was very clean, and the pet facility was super convenient. We usually get a 2 bedroom for the space and it’s great.

I can't say enough how great the staff was, especially Nicole. She made everything very easy and went above and beyond. We will be staying there again when we return....5 Stars!

The Berkman is always an exceptional experience and my recent 3-night stay for myself and two family members was no different. Clean and comfortable with a pleasant and accommodating staff. I will not hesitate to stay there again after any future surgery at St. Mary's.

The Berkman is the perfect place to stay if you need to be in central Rochester, particularly if you are a Mayo Clinic patient. You are a short ride away from the main clinics and rideshares are available in just a couple of minutes. We enjoyed a great two-bedroom suite that was clean and comfortably furnished. The staff was awesome as they worked to minimize your costs and maximize your experience. We have already booked a return visit and requested the same room. Try out the Red Cow for dinner

We enjoyed our stay at the Berkman while I was undergoing tests and having doctor appointments. It was so nice to have a home away from home while undergoing tests. The staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean and so comfortable. Loved the windows in the living room. They were floor to ceiling and the room was very bright and cheerful. This was our third stay at this wonderful place and will be definitely be back next year.

Excellent accommodations, friendly professional staff, and perfect location across the street from Mayo's St. Mary's hospital entrance. We paid a little more here because it was the only available in the area, but we'd certainly consider again. If a loved one is going to be in-patient at St. Mary's, then treat them to a safe, comfortable, worry-free stay at the Berkman.

The berkman is the best hotel ever. love the people , the apartment, the gym etc. Best concierge staff ever. Thx you so much!!
