"Comfortable home away from home."

The location was amazing as I had multiple hospital appointments. The Berkman was a home away from home. So comfortable. The staff were all incredible. Being there solo I felt very safe. Would highly recommend The Berkman to everyone. I will definitely be staying there again.

"Great experience!"

We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 3 weeks. The kitchen was stocked well. The space was great. The location was convenient. They have a shuttle to Mayo downtown campus. The space on 4th floor was GREAT! We used golf simulator, shuffle board, TV’s by fireplace, complimentary coffee and tea, gym and the office spaces. Even made a few purchases at the grocery/snack area.

I had a great stay at The Berkman. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed during my visit. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it - great place to stay in Rochester!

Location. It was very clean, the staff where amazing. It was like a home away from home. I would recommend The Berkman and will definitely be staying here again. I was in a studio apartment and loved having a kitchen space including dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer.

"Excellent hotel. We highly recommend staying there."

Very clean hotel. The employees were excellent. Very accommodating,my husband is disabled and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They installed grab bars in the shower,brought in a shower stool and put hand rails around the toilet so he wouldn’t fall. The best place we have ever stayed at. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Rochester,Mn.
