Excellent accommodations for the price and excellent service!! Will stay here whenever we are in Rochester! Plus if you have to go to Mayo the hospital is across the street or they provide shuttle service free!

Absolutely amazing hotel! All the amenities and staff is amazing! Extremely nice to have a full kitchen and space as my husband is battling cancer!

This was our second stay at The Berkman, and once again it was outstanding. Pristine-clean, beautifully furnished, and consistently great service. The beds are super comfortable, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the gym is top-notch. The location couldn’t be better—right across from Mayo St. Mary’s, which is ideal if you’re in town for medical care. Plus, it’s an easy walk to plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Berkman while she was evaluated at the Mayo Clinic. The one-bedroom suite is generously sized and equipped with kitchen appliances, laundry, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. The on-site burger restaurant is excellent and convenient. The exercise room is well-equipped. The Berkman is the cleanest lodging I've ever stayed in- not even any dust under the bed. It is dog-friendly, but with the downside that we could hear dogs barking during the day. The clinic shuttle only runs once an hour, so it takes a little planning to arrive at medical appointments in a timely manner. Despite this, I would happily stay there again!

We couldn’t recommend the Berkman enough! The facilities were amazing and staff was wonderful. We traveled to Rochester for our baby to have surgery and the Berkman team helped ensure our journey was smooth. Lisa was incredibly supportive during our stay and we will always remember how helpful everyone was. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our baby- I would recommend this place over a traditional hotel in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed!

Staff were extremely professional, I edited my stay both prior and during and it was never an issue. Special shoutout to Nicole and Lisa! Room and hotel were spotless. Bathroom was modern and clean. View was limited but that was not an issue for me. I both walked locally and drove, all very straight forward. The convenience was the no. 1 factor for me.

I am SO impressed by our stay at The Berkman Short Term Stays. We were there a week and I can't say enough about the level of customer service, the quality of the apartment, and the location, especially for this price point. No matter what we asked, the concierge made it happen and we were always helped as fast as possible! The building is close to restaurants, grocery, and the Mayo campus, plus parking in the garage is easy and protected from weather. The hotel is quiet, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Additionally, there are numerous places in the building to work, watch TV, play games, or use the fitness center and sauna. Did I mention that the dog park on the 6th floor is incredibly convenient? This is the only place I'll stay when we go back to Rochester!

Our experience at the Berkman was excellent! Aside from it being a beautiful property, with amazing amenities, the service from the concierge team and staff was nothing short of incredible. Nicole, Doreen, Lisa and Diar, made us feel that we were the only guests in the property and they were there for us 24/7 during our two month stay. Thank you to each of you and to all of the Berkman staff!
