I can't say enough about the concierge and reservation service (TY Nicole!), fantastic accommodations inconvenience of The Berkman. I would love to live here! Cannot beat the convenience to Mayo Clinic, St Marys Hospital. Makes your life so much easier and pleasant. This is the only place to stay.

Beautiful place! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I’ll be in Rochester next week for five days, and this will definitely be my place from now on. Such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere thank you for the wonderful experience!

The rooms are always clean and welcoming, the laundry service is conveniently included in the suite, and the staff genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable.

You can comfortably control the temperature to suit your needs. The environment is tranquil and soothing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The Mayo Clinic for surgery and inpatient care is thoughtfully located away from the road for added tranquility. If you wish to visit the main hospital, convenient shuttles run throughout the day. The staff at the concierge desk is consistently exceptional, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel—it truly feels welcoming and caring.

The Berkman is a fantastic place to stay while at Mayo. The location is great. The people are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms provide an at-home feel and extra space when you need it.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it. It was perfect.

Loved the common area. Very comfortable. The tv, golf simulator, and large couches were great. We had a studio room that didn’t cool off very well- the window unit was loud and not very effective. With the bed tucked back it also got little airflow at night.

It was a wonderful stay. A quiet place within easy walking distance of the world I needed to be in. We will stay again when we are in need of a restful oasis.

It was a lovely place for my family to return to each night.
