The Berkman

We visited our daughter who lives in the same building and found it the ideal place to stay. Nice running trail nearby and easy uber to coffee shops and restaurants. Will return for sure.

A/C issues Room did not stay cool. Had problems sleeping at night. Bathtub: It was difficult getting in and out due to the height of the tub. I do not have any medical issues that prevent mobility. Upon getting out, I fell. Mattress: It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring mattress. Upon arrival: I arrived earlier than expected. As a result, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours. There was poor communication from the front desk when room would be ready. I was told just to wait in the lobby. Not sure what VIP means, but was lacking overall experience.

Great property right across the street from St. Mary’s I love the place for me the mattress was a bit to firm that’s just a personal preference. Studio had full kitchen and washer and dryer.

I've stayed here many times. Very consistent . Like a home away from home. It was clean and the staff is friendly. They have very nice facilities.

Room very clean. Loved the convenience of being able to walk from room straight on to patio with pool, grass areas, and sitting areas. Workout facility very nice also.

The Berkman is hands down the Best short term location we have stayed at. We chose this location as it was across from St. Mary's Hospital and very convenient for me to go to my appointments. The entire staff was very accomodating and compassionate. KUDOS to Nicole, Five Star Employee. Definitely a valuable asset to The Berkman

The Beckman is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is a safe secure building. The staff does not say no. If you need something ask. The room was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen had what was needed. Very friendly courteous staff. There is a good resturant/bar in the building very convenient. Also hotel has a small convenience store for snacks and frozen meal options. Room has a washer and dryer as well. We will return in the future. Great location to Mayo St Mary's hospital and there is an easy shuttle to Mayo Clinic.
