"Fast and fun!"

Everyone was so friendly and the pool was amazing. The view was also amazing! Such an easy check in and check out! Everyone I talked to was so accommodating.

The carpet is a outdated and sticky, I had a few ants in the bed and housekeepers never came by even when we didn’t put so not disturb which was only the frost day. I even collected all the trash and cleaned it up.

I loved the location, I loved the room, it was in a great location and the staff was friendly.

Besides a couple of spiders and moths in my room and hair by sink that wasn’t mine (I cleaned it) overall it was really nice and I recommend this place

"Sedona Ridge Golf Resort"

This is an older resort by Hilton. We used points from our timeshare to book this vacation thru RCI; the check-in thru RCI was smooth, but since we’re not a Hilton Vacation Club member, we had to visit the Hilton desk. They wanted us to do their 90-minute sales pitch which is never just 90-minutes. I told the first gentleman “no” several times, and then a second guy came to try to get us to do the 90-minute sales pitch. I got a VERY BAD impression of this resort from this pressure. I never went to Hilton for anything because of this sales pressure. We were put in a room on the golf course looking through heavy netting, the bath faucet leaked, the refrigerator was in a corner and was hard to access, the balcony was dirty, and all of the furniture and carpet was outdated. Like I said, this is an older resort. It WAS close to many hiking trails and restaurants, and it was 8-miles out of Sedona on highway 179.
