Eh I would pass on this place. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was large but extremely dated and in need of an upgrade. The amenities are great such as mini golf and the pool with a bar. There are better places to stay.

"When the Property is beautiful, but the staff is ugly!"

The property itself is beautiful, even the actual condos were nice furnished & full of amenities however the staff was the worst! I have NEVER witnessed such unprofessional, lack of courtesy, no customer service whatsoever at any Hilton Property until now. I am well-traveled & have stayed at several Hilton properties however the level of customer service from the staff makes me want to use Mariott Bonvoy Only going forward. Tyler the guy at check in was the Only nice & friendly encounter I had there in 4 days. The employee Laritza was the worst ever! She & Andrew from the Sales Presentation were the rudest people I encountered in all of Sedona. The Concierge desk employees are a joke! Book your own excursions & activities. I left this vacay needing another vacation.
