The property is beautiful and in a great location. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again

Had a studio room for 7 nights. The room was very plain. It had a small tv, dated appliances and mismatched colored lightbulbs. The room was white but all the outlets and switches were almond colored. There were mold stains on the shower caulking and the toilet seat was loose. The cabinets in the room had been painted on the outside and left with their original stain on the inside. There seemed to be little insulation between the rooms as we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. If I hadn’t have gotten a good deal on the room, I would have left. The staff also called at least once a day trying to get me to attend the timeshare tour that was “only 90 minutes “.

Though older, the property appears well maintained. Speaking to the age, the vent to the bedroom didn’t circulate enough AC to cool the bedroom. Had to cool the unit to 68 to get the bedroom to 72-74 degrees.

The maintenance man Sam was exceptional. Pool was nice. Clean and tidy grounds.

First, I waisted 20 min with the sales staff trying to get me to a presentation when they should have asked right off the bat what my marital status was. Second my keys did not work. Third, the safe did not work and fourth there is no stool to stand on for me to reach anything in the cabinets. Not everyone is averge height and there were no accommodations if you are small. Fifth, it also was never explained I would get any type of room service and did not know what to do with garbage and recycling. When I called they said just leave it outside, outside where?in the heat...critters etc....i was told I need to stay 5 days to get service. I left on the fifth day. On check out I was asked how my stay was and I said "OK" desk clerk said.."Just OK" and I responded "Yes" and crickets....wow. I stay at Hiltons quite often when I travel for work, for pleasure and if traveling w others. This by far was the least comfortable, informative or friendly. Not what I expected. Also, I was immediately dismissed after 20 min of my time was wasted which should have been asked up front what my status was. This is not a good marketing plan. I am a marketing professional and thought, "Why would I ever buy into this" . They don't know my financials ir situation. This was not my best stay at a Hilton. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth after a very spectacular stay at the Sheraton in Phoenix. It is important to let you know this so changes can be addressed. Sincerely Maureen G.

Nice and clean rooms. Easy access to the main rte 89a. My wife and I really love this resort.

I can't complain.
