"Nice place, predatory timeshare staff so beware."

Nice layout, good location, great pools and spas.

The staff pose as a concierge service and start recommending cool things to do and places to eat. But really they are trying to suck you into their timeshare presentation. When you don’t show like me because I was out hiking in Sedona like you are supposed to do on vacation, they’ll start charging your credit card weeks after your stay. I had to cancel my card and dispute all the charges. Mind you, I never received any services from these time share predators. But I did make the mistake of saying I would attend a presentation. Mostly just to get the guy to shut up. I totally regret that. Do yourself a favor. After you check in, walk right past these “concierge” guys no matter how charming they may seem. No integrity with these people

"Fast and fun!"

Everyone was so friendly and the pool was amazing. The view was also amazing! Such an easy check in and check out! Everyone I talked to was so accommodating.

The carpet is a outdated and sticky, I had a few ants in the bed and housekeepers never came by even when we didn’t put so not disturb which was only the frost day. I even collected all the trash and cleaned it up.
