Hotel was very nice with a good price for a night. Bed comfort was great. The suite was large and across the street from the ocean. It was beautiful & we enjoyed our stay!

Location was next to the pier where we booked a trip.

While the bedroom AC worked fine, the living room AC was completely broken, making the area unbearably hot—around 85-90°F upon entering. The humidifier in the living room worsened the situation by blowing hot air, and even turning it off only marginally improved the comfort. This made sleeping on the sofa bed impossible, forcing everyone into the main bedroom. Additionally, finding a glass container with leftover food in the fridge was concerning, as it raised questions about the room’s cleanliness and maintenance.

Older, clean unit with some dings and mustiness, but great location with a good view of the boardwalk and ferry crossing. we had plenty of room, but for a longer stay I may choose a larger unit. It was great for a short family beach getaway.
